IEI Kuwait Chapter’s Science Club visits KDD Factory

IEI Kuwait Chapter's Science Club had Visited KDD Factory at Sabhan Industrial Area, Kuwait, on 17th October 2015, Saturday, 9.00 AM, About 41 members, spouses and children visited the factory. During the visit various process of KDD products was witnessed.

The fully automated production line completing the various process starting from folding and the loading of an empty carton to the machine, filling the same with milk/cream /juice etc, fixing of caps, fixing of straws, packaging, wrapping and final crating was a visual treat and a learning experience.

The visit also helped to learn about the operation and function of various support equipments like HVAC systems, Electrical systems, Air-conditioning systems etc. The warehousing and logistics of the plant was also witnessed.

The visit was arranged by the Executive committee member Ms. Anu Kurian and conducted by KDD Supervisor Ms.Sujitha Saji Mathew.
Engr. Joesph Panicker, Past Chairman provided valuable technical guidance in explaining the various support services and the equipments related to it. The entire visit was well appreciated by all the members and their family.
